By accessing or using the AdsMenia platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Affiliate Terms

3.1 Account Approval

All affiliate applications are subject to manual review and approval. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason.

3.2 Traffic Requirements

• All traffic sources must be disclosed during the application process.
• Fraudulent, incentivized, misleading, or bot traffic is strictly prohibited.
• Brand bidding is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdictions.

3.3 Payments

• Payouts are made according to the schedule published on our Payout Schedule page.
• We reserve the right to hold payments pending quality review of conversions.
• Earnings from fraudulent or non-compliant traffic will be reversed.
• Affiliates are responsible for all applicable taxes on their earnings.

4. Advertiser Terms

4.1 Campaign Setup

Advertisers must provide accurate offer details, approved creatives, and conversion tracking endpoints. AdsMenia is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect campaign configuration.

4.2 Payment Obligations

• Advertisers must maintain a positive balance or approved credit line.
• Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Generate fraudulent clicks, impressions, or conversions
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate campaign performance
• Misrepresent your identity, traffic sources, or business
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Distribute malware, spyware, or other harmful software
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform
• Access other users' accounts or data without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the AdsMenia platform are owned by or licensed to AdsMenia. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine is harmful to our business, partners, or users. Upon termination:

• Pending payouts for verified, non-fraudulent conversions will be processed.
• Earnings associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
• You must cease all use of AdsMenia branding and materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsMenia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid to or by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdsMenia, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
