Cookie stuffing, pixel stuffing, or ad stacking

Misrepresenting traffic sources, geo-locations, or device types

Incentivized traffic without explicit advertiser approval

Brand bidding or trademark infringement in paid search campaigns

Using malware, adware, or browser extensions to generate conversions

Manipulating attribution through click injection or click flooding

Creating fake user accounts or using stolen identities

Engaging in any form of ad fraud, wire fraud, or deceptive practices

How We Detect Fraud

Consequences of Fraud

Any partner found engaging in fraudulent activity will face the following consequences:

Immediate suspension of the affiliate or advertiser account
Reversal and clawback of all earnings associated with fraudulent activity
Withholding of pending payments under review
Permanent ban from the AdsMenia network
Reporting to law enforcement and industry fraud databases
Legal action to recover damages caused by fraudulent activity
