How We Process Data

Legal Bases: We process data based on contractual necessity (to deliver our services), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, platform improvement), legal obligation (tax and regulatory compliance), and consent (marketing communications).

Data Processors: We work with carefully vetted third-party processors including cloud hosting providers, payment processors, and analytics tools. All processors are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that meet GDPR standards.

International Transfers: When data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, along with supplementary security measures.

Data Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and affected individuals without undue delay.
